Liberal Democrats call for Kent County Council to Champion the Merchant Navy and Fly the Red Ensign
The Liberal Democrat Group has put a motion to Kent County Council supporting the Merchant Navy.
At the May 2025 elections, 12 Liberal Democrats were elected to Kent County Council, the official opposition to Reform UK. This is the Liberal Democrats' largest Kent County Council group for over 20 years.
